Braden Hayward

Owner, CEO

Braden is a Lubbock Christian University School of Business graduate. Along with his wife, Sydni, he has been investing and building his real estate portfolio for almost 10 years. He is co-owner of a real estate investment company in Lubbock, TX, and is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas. 

Sydni Hayward

Owner, COO

Sydni is a Texas Tech Rawls College of Business graduate who has grown up in the real estate industry. Along with her husband Braden, she has been buying, selling, and investing in real estate for 10 years. Sydni is a Co-owner of a real estate investment company and is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas.

Laz Lopez

Financial Controller

Laz is a Texas Tech Alumni and graduated from the Rawls College of Business and is also an Alumni of the University of Texas Permian Basin. Laz has an accounting background within Oil & Gas, Heavy Civil Construction, and Real Estate. Laz also serves the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America as the Chairman of the Finance Committee and Panhandle Representative of the Northern-Texas Northern-Louisiana Synod Council. As well as the VP and Chair of Education of his home Church at St. Paul Lutheran in Levelland, TX.

Jeannie Hayward

Jeannie was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and is a UNLV graduate. She married the love of her life in 1989 and has lived in Oklahoma City, Norman OK and Lubbock TX where she raised her three children. Jeannie loves watching all Texas Tech sporting events, playing with her 6 grandchildren and everything Christmas!
